Want to know how much to eat to maximise results?

If your goal is to lose fat, look leaner, improve appearance of muscularity, tone up... the hard work is done outside of the gym and it starts with your food consumption.

If the goal is to grow muscle, the work is done in the gym but you can optimise that hard work with adequate calories and protein
